The site at Mumbai racecourse with its old heritage grade 2 structures has to be transformed into a food and beverage complex. The conservation guideline calls for the preservation of the roof profile for three-quarters of the buildings and a full conservation for the remaining one-quarter.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Part of the project team consisting of 2 employees from conceptual stage.
Site visits to document details (from carpentry to hardware) and manage structural examination & soil survey.
Case studies for restaurant functions.
Design and building mock up of wall paneling system including all services.
